Job Purpose: To manage all short/long term manufacturing activities by setting action plans and allocating resources while troubleshooting any faced issues to ensure efficient delivery of promised manufacturing commitments within the defined timelines. Duties & Responsibilities: Supervises the day-to-day operations of manufacturing section to ensure that work processes are implemented as designed and comply with established policies, processes and procedures Develops monthly and annual production plans for the manufacturing site to include resource planning and monitoring and reporting on performance against the plan. Communicates the local action plan and explains how this relates to the overall action plan and strategy to motivate people to achieve local business goals. Identifies shortcomings in existing manufacturing processes, systems/procedures and suggests potential improvements with guidance from more senior colleagues to obtain better results. Help management to implement quality assurance change initiatives to ensure continuous operational improvements. Develop short- or long – term work schedules and approves overtime arrangements or uses additional resources as needed in order to achieve planned commitments. Constructs short and medium-term manufacturing action plans to ensure optimal utilization and efficiency Troubleshoots and investigates complex manufacturing issues, incidents and reliability problems on the production line and rearranges work plans and resources accordingly to ensure continuity of operations. Coordinates with internal departments such as engineering to carry out plant projects such as expansions. Manages the training and development of employees to ensure optimal individual and organizational performance. supervises the activities to ensure that all work within a specific area of Manufacturing activity is carried out in an efficient and procedurally compliant manner Complies with all relevant safety, quality and environmental management policies, procedures and controls to ensure a healthy and safe work environment Job Location: Beni Swief City Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in pharmacy. Minimum 10 years of experience in Production management. Strong knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and process optimization methodologies. Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. Ability to manage multiple sites and drive operational excellence initiatives
