Responsibilities:1. Assist in implementing & launching new products for SME & MVSE business.2. Co-operate with the Marketing/Communication Departments in setting marketing plans and campaigns.3. Identify opportunities for growth for each product within QNB ’s SME & MVSE market strategies.4. Review the existing products continuously and provide recommendation to Head of SMEs & MVSEsProduct Management & Non-Financials Services to restructure and develop the products to enhance and maximize sales and profitability.5. Provide proposals for new product innovative initiatives.6. Conduct periodic product analysis to the Head of SMEs & MVSEs Product Management & Non-Financial Services7. Participate in cross-functional teams to execute product development plan.8. Coordinate with the concerned teams with the SME Line Of Business the product awareness plan to ensure being attained to meet customer needs & that product features are conveyed .in the best way.9. Responsible for monitoring the products & services on MSME portal and provide related updates to Head of SMEs & MVSEs Product Management & Non-Financial Services to be reviewed and upload on portal, in addition of selecting and proposing major events or success stories to be included after obtaining the related approvals.10. Provide recommendations for subscribing in portals related to SME business aiming to promote for QNB products and services.11. Assist and coordinate in tasks related to Incubator Hub.12. Ensure the correct functioning and implementation of the Permanent Supervision, Compliance and Money Laundering, Operational Risk, and Workplace success guidelines whenever and wherever possible.13. Adhere to policies & procedures in order to guarantee that QNB business is conducted in compliance with Local Laws, Internal Rules & Regulations, as well as International Standards.Job Specifications:Education:Bachelor's degree in commerce, Business Administration or Economics.Experience:Products’ Management Lead, SMEs: Minimum 5 years of experience in the banking fieldDeep knowledge of the Egyptian Market & EconomySkills:Analytical, Self-motivated, Cooperative& ProactiveExcellent Communication, Leadership, Computer & Managerial skills and Credit & Financial AnalysisFluent in English written/spokenWorking Conditions:Based in the Head Office
