As part of our regional expansion, we are currently hiring Program Coordinator to support the implementation and coordination of flagship initiatives including: Global Executive Program (GEP) Advanced Mentoring Program (AMP) Executive capability and leadership initiatives across Africa and the GCC The selected candidates will report directly to the Global Director and play a key role in program coordination, stakeholder communication, participant management, reporting, scheduling, and operational execution across multiple regional initiatives. We are seeking professionals with: 3–5 years of experience in program coordination, project coordination, operations, partnerships, or executive programs Strong organizational and communication skills Experience working with international programs, leadership initiatives, NGOs, consulting, education, innovation ecosystems, or development-focused organizations Ability to operate in fast-paced, multicultural environments High professionalism, ownership, and execution discipline Preferred backgrounds may include: Program Management Executive Education Leadership Development Innovation & Entrepreneurship Ecosystems International Development Corporate Training & Learning This is an opportunity to work within a growing global ecosystem focused on leadership capability, executive development, workforce modernization, and strategic partnerships across emerging markets.
