Manage and coordinate the engineering activities of projects across all disciplines (Architectural, Structural, Mechanical, Electrical).Review design drawings to ensure integration and compatibility among various technical trades.Organize and lead regular technical coordination meetings with internal teams, consultants, and contractors.Identify, track, and resolve design conflicts (Clashes) before and during project execution.Monitor project schedules and ensure adherence to project timelines.Provide support to the technical office and site engineers on coordination-related issues.Communicate effectively with clients, consultants, and suppliers regarding project requirements and approvals.Prepare regular coordination reports and propose alternative engineering solutions when necessary.Ensure compliance with quality and safety standards throughout all project stages. Bachelor’s degree in Architecture from an accredited university.Minimum 10 years of experience in project management or technical coordination roles.Strong expertise in reviewing design drawings and detecting and resolving conflicts.Proficient in design and project management software (AutoCAD, Revit, Navisworks, MS Project, Primavera).Excellent communication skills and ability to lead multidisciplinary teams.Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.Good in English, both spoken and written.
