Job title: Junior Project Coordinator.Role:Full Ownership of Customer experience for assigned Portfolio of CustomersBuilding and maintaining communication channels with existing CustomersSupport Building internal capabilities (Vendor Management)On time & High-Quality delivery of projectsDrive Business Growth and Cooperation plans with assigned existing CustomersResponsibilities:Overseeing day-to-day translation projects, serving as primary contact between suppliers, direct and end client. • Define project scope with customer.Define project plan with inter and external teams.Prepare project materials according to customer's requirements.File preparation in coordination with the L.E teams.Coordinating and managing delivery of multiple translation projects to clients ensuring quality and service always meet expectations.Following define project implementation process utilizing business defined tools, applications and templates.Follow up on Project implementation progress and raise timely flags for any deviations ensuring proper customer alignmentRun QA process according to customer's defined quality matrix.Effectively communicating with clients, linguists and colleagues with ultimate goal of ensuring customer satisfaction.Timely & Accurate reporting of Customer POs to accounting teams and working closely to resolve any issuesAttending meetings as required to discuss and clarify on briefs, client requirements, deadlines and budgets.Evaluation and tracking of Resources performance.Timely issuing of Vendors POsAlways up to date with customer needs and forecasts • Manage customer relationship integration. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in project management, languages, business administration, or a related field.0-2 years of experience in project coordination, preferably within the translation, localization, or language services industry.Strong organizational and multitasking skills with keen attention to detail.Excellent written and verbal communication abilities in English; additional language skills are a plus.Proficiency with project management tools and Microsoft Office Suite.Ability to work independently and remotely in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.Demonstrated problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to challenges.Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate with diverse teams.Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and client requirements.Commitment to delivering high-quality results and continuous improvement.
