Projects CoordinatorJob Summary:The Projects Coordinator supports the Project Manager by coordinating communication and workflow between the site team, Technical Office, and Design Team. The role ensures that site requirements are properly communicated, technical support is delivered in a timely manner, and project activities progress smoothly through effective follow-up and reporting.Key Responsibilities:• Coordinate between the Project Manager, site team, Technical Office, and Design Team to ensure smooth project workflow.• Support the Project Manager in managing project coordination and communication between all teams.• Follow up on site requests, technical clarifications, and required design updates.• Track the progress of technical deliverables and responses required for site execution.• Attend coordination meetings with the Project Manager and site team.• Prepare and circulate Minutes of Meetings (MoM) and follow up on action items.• Prepare weekly and periodic progress reports related to coordination activities.• Ensure that site requirements and technical support functions complement each other to facilitate project execution.• Maintain proper documentation and records of coordination activities and project communications. Qualifications:• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, or Architecture).• 1–4 years of experience in project coordination, technical office, or project management support.• Strong communication, organization, and follow-up skills.• Ability to coordinate between multiple teams and project stakeholders.Preferred Skills:• Experience working with engineering teams across multiple disciplines.• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, and Microsoft Project.• Strong reporting and documentation skills
