The Project Director will oversee and manage construction projects from inception to completion, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Responsibilities include coordinating project schedules, managing teams and resources, liaising with clients and stakeholders, ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards, and resolving project challenges efficiently. The role requires leadership in ensuring alignment with strategic goals and a focus on fostering a collaborative work environment.QualificationsProven leadership experience in project management, strategic planning, and team coordinationTechnical expertise in Civil, Architectural, and MEP project oversightProficiency in scheduling tools, project tracking systems, and budgetingStrong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skillsFamiliarity with construction safety and ISO/OSHAS standardsAbility to monitor and ensure quality assurance processes are followedBachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related fieldExperience managing multi-projects, including corporate, industrial, healthcare, and residentialFluency in English and/or Arabic is an asset
