Project Engineer

Role Description The Project Engineer role is a full-time hybrid position based in Giza, with flexibility for some work-from-home arrangements. The Project Engineer will manage and support engineering projects from concept through completion, including reviewing technical requirements, preparing designs and documentation, and coordinating with internal and external stakeholders. Day-to-day responsibilities include assisting in project planning and scheduling, monitoring progress against milestones, and identifying and resolving technical issues in collaboration with the engineering team. The role also involves ensuring compliance with relevant standards and client specifications, preparing reports and presentations, and supporting site visits or inspections as needed. The Project Engineer will work closely with project managers, engineers, and clients to maintain clear communication and deliver projects on time and within scope.QualificationsCandidates should possess strong Project Engineering and Electrical Engineering skills for reviewing designs, supporting technical decisions, and ensuring alignment with engineering standards.Candidates should possess Project Management and Project Planning skills for organizing tasks, tracking timelines, and coordinating resources across multiple projects.Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills for collaborating with cross-functional teams, interacting with clients, and preparing clear technical documentation.Candidates should ideally have a bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related engineering discipline and practical experience in project-based environments.Candidates should demonstrate proficiency with common engineering and project management tools, attention to detail, problem-solving ability, and the capacity to work effectively in a hybrid setting.Experience with construction or industrial projects, knowledge of relevant safety and regulatory standards, and fluency in English and Arabic are beneficial.
