Bühler Group in Egypt is looking to hire a Project Engineer for Service Projects. The role is responsible for ensuring the effective execution of Service Projects, from sales handover through to project completion across the Middle East sub-region, in line with Bühler processes, guidelines, and strategy. The Project Engineer will be accountable for the profit and loss of assigned projects, ensuring delivery within agreed time, budget, cash, and quality targets while optimizing project margins and maintaining compliance with Bühler directives and EHS standard.This is where you'll excelEstablish and enforce proper Project Management processes for small projects and work in execution for the teamMonitor project progress and take appropriate actions to manage deviationsEnsure transparency of project issues, including their direct impact on project resultsMaintain frequent contact with customers and project partners to support smooth project executionEnsure timely and accurate forecasting, while identifying project risks and opportunitiesAdvise and support the project team in developing corrective action plans and monitoring engineering progressSupervise final negotiations and execution strategy, ensuring the project schedule baseline is signed by all involved partiesManage project delivery, risk, change orders, reviews, and site handover to achieve cost, schedule, quality, and EHS targetsThese are the skills you'll needBachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent qualificationMinimum 5+ years of experience as a Project Engineer, or proven equivalent skillsGood commercial knowledge with the ability to assess business risks and opportunitiesTechnical and commercial knowledge across multiple disciplinesFluent communication in English & Arabic languageFluent communication in French is an added advantageQuestions?
