Job Responsibilities– Assist in planning and organizing project activities, including developing WorkBreakdown Structures (WBS) and project timelines.– Coordinate communication between stakeholders and project teams throughemails, meetings, and calls.– Track project progress and monitor project milestones.– Support Project Managers in daily operations to ensure project objectives areachieved.– Handle and respond to urgent and unplanned project tasks, ensuring timelyresolution.– Prepare, maintain, and organize project documentation and reports.– Support project scheduling, progress updates, and status reporting.– Ensure effective coordination among multidisciplinary teams to maintainworkflow efficiency.Job Qualifications– Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Civil, Architectural, Mechanical, Electrical,Industrial Engineering, or a related field).– 1–3 years of experience in project coordination, project management,construction management, or a related field.– Experience in planning, scheduling, and project documentation is preferred.– Exposure to multidisciplinary projects is an advantage.– Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.– Good knowledge of project scheduling tools such as Microsoft Project orPrimavera P6.– Understanding of project management principles, methodologies, and project lifecycles.– Ability to develop Work Breakdown Structures (WBS), project schedules, andprogress reports.– Familiarity with project documentation and reporting processes.– Strong communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.– Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and time management abilities.– Ability to work effectively within a team and adapt to changing projectrequirements.
