Job SummaryWe are looking for a highly experienced and dynamic Project Manager with strong exposure to the KSA market and proven expertise in managing Digital Transformation projects. The ideal candidate should have extensive experience in FinTech and Telecommunication domains and possess strong stakeholder management and project delivery capabilities.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and manage end-to-end digital transformation projects across multiple business functions.Drive project planning, execution, monitoring, and successful delivery within timelines and budgets.Collaborate with business stakeholders, vendors, and technical teams to ensure project objectives are achieved.Manage large-scale enterprise projects within FinTech and Telecommunication sectors.Identify project risks and implement mitigation plans proactively.Ensure compliance with organizational and client standards, processes, and governance.Prepare project status reports and provide regular updates to leadership teams.Support business transformation initiatives and process improvement activities.Required Skills & QualificationsMinimum 10+ years of experience in Project Management.Strong experience in handling Digital Transformation projects.Proven exposure to the KSA/GCC market.Experience in FinTech and Telecommunication industries is mandatory.Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.Strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, or Scrum certifications are preferred.Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field.Preferred Candidate ProfileCandidates with strong client-facing experience.Ability to manage cross-functional and multicultural teams.Experience in enterprise-level transformation programs.Arabic language skills will be an added advantage.
