The role ensures projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and in compliance with quality, food safety, environmental, and regulatory standards. The Project Manager provides strategic leadership across multiple concurrent projects, manages cross-functional stakeholders, oversees external contractors and consultants, and drives continuous improvement to support the organization's long-term manufacturing and business objectives.In your role you will:Lead multiple engineering and CAPEX projects, defining strategies aligned with business objectives and setting priorities.Develop detailed scopes, schedules, budgets, and resource plans to ensure structured execution.Ensure end-to-end project delivery from feasibility to commissioning, monitoring milestones and implementing corrective actions.Act as the main interface across internal functions and external partners, providing updates and facilitating governance meetings.Prepare CAPEX budgets, monitor expenditures and forecasts, and ensure strong ROI and financial discipline.Oversee tendering, evaluate suppliers, and manage contractor performance, compliance, safety, and quality.Manage risks and change control, ensure regulatory and sustainability compliance, lead team development, and oversee commissioning, documentation, and continuous improvement.The ideal candidate has: Bachelor’s degree in mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, Civil, or Chemical Engineering.Professional Certifications (Project Management Professional) – Preferred, PRINCE2 – Advantage, Lean Six Sigma Green Belt – Preferred, NEBOSH / OSHA (Advantage).6–10 years of engineering and project management experience.Minimum 3 years leading capital projects within FMCG, Food & Beverage, Pharmaceuticals, or Manufacturing.Nice to have: Proven experience managing multidisciplinary engineering projects and external contractors.Expertise in project planning, scheduling (MS Project/Primavera), budget and CAPEX management, with strong focus on cost control and value delivery.Management of tendering processes, contract negotiation, supplier evaluation, and vendor performance.Oversight of construction activities, resource planning, commissioning & qualification, and engineering documentation.Proactive risk assessment and mitigation, strong decision-making and problem-solving skills, with a continuous improvement mindset.Effective people leadership, collaboration, stakeholder management, executive reporting, and strong competencies in coaching, accountability, and results orientation.Location: Giza, Egypt - Plant basedWorkplace Culture:Agrumaria Reggina fosters a professional environment that values diversity, inclusion, and personal growth.
