Responsibilities:Manage media localization projects end-to-end ensuring quality, on-time delivery, and cost-efficiencyCoordinate information and assets from different teams and work with various stakeholders to eliminate blockersCreate and maintain comprehensive project documentation, plans and reportsAct as a point of escalation for internal and external parties working with different internal teams and external partners to consistently deliver quality product on-timeVet timed-text and metadata files following a technical and a linguistic checklist to ensure adherence to quality requirementsMake sure that clients' needs are met as projects evolveOther duties as assignedRequirementsBilingual proficiency in Japanese and English is PreferableExperience in multi-language subtitling/dubbing project management including translation workflows and management systemsExperience in professional subtitling software and timed-text formats is highly desirableTeam player with outstanding communication, organizational and time management skillsExcellent use of Microsoft Office applicationsExcellent problem-solving skills and positive attitude when dealing with emergenciesMust be open to work in different time zones and being on-call during weekendsBenefitsAt Pixelogic, we pride ourselves on fostering a supportive and engaging environment.
