This role involves managing projects from early development through construction and commissioning, ensuring they are completed safely, on time, and within budget.Key ResponsibilitiesLead end-to-end delivery of projects, from feasibility to commissioningDevelop and manage project schedules, budgets, and resourcesCoordinate with internal teams, contractors, and external stakeholdersOversee site activities, ensuring compliance with safety and environmental standardsManage project risks and resolve issues as they ariseMonitor project performance and provide regular progress reportsEnsure compliance with local regulations, permits, and industry standardsSupport procurement and contract management processesMaintain strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and regulatory bodiesRequirementsBachelor’s degree in Engineering, Renewable Energy, or related field5+ years of project management experience in windfarm or PV or renewable energy projectsProven experience managing large-scale infrastructure or energy projectsStrong knowledge of windfarm/PV development, construction, and operationsFamiliarity with HSE (Health, Safety, and Environment) standardsExcellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skillsProficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Primavera)PMP or similar certification is a plusKey SkillsProject planning and executionRisk managementBudget controlContract negotiationTeam leadershipProblem-solving under pressure
