Job OverviewSafe Harbor Towing (U.S.-based company) is hiring an Operations Project Manager to support company growth, build internal systems, and drive execution across operations, reporting, and business development initiatives.This is a hands-on role focused on execution, structure, and measurable results. The position requires building systems, following up on tasks, and ensuring delivery across teams.This is not a coordination-only or meeting-based role.Role PurposeTo build operational structure, improve performance systems, and ensure execution across departments so leadership can focus on growth and expansion. Key ResponsibilitiesOperations & Systems• Document and improve workflows (SOPs)• Build KPI dashboards and reporting systems• Standardize internal processes and communication• Ensure reporting discipline across teamsExecution & Follow-Up• Track tasks across teams and ensure completion• Follow up on deadlines and action items• Identify operational gaps and propose solutions• Drive implementation of systems and improvements Performance & Reporting• Prepare weekly performance reports• Monitor KPIs (conversion, revenue, adherence)• Ensure data accuracy and documentation• Provide structured insights to management Business Development Support• Support Business units growth initiatives• Build and track B2B lead pipelines• Support marketing execution and performance tracking• Assist in partnerships and outreach planningWork Style & Expectations This is a hands-on execution role.The Project Manager is expected to:• Work independently without support staff• Focus on execution, not only planning• Deliver measurable output (not just meetings)• Maintain professionalism and emotional control• Avoid internal politics or authority conflicts• Work through structure, not authorityThis is a hands-on execution role.Job Requirements • 5+ years experience in project management, operations, or business roles• Strong execution and follow-up discipline• Experience building systems and processes• Strong Excel skills (tracking, reporting, analysis)• Experience with KPI tracking and reporting• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills• Ability to manage multiple priorities• Fluent English (spoken & written)• Experience in startups or small companies preferredTechnical Requirements • Advanced Microsoft Excel• Strong Microsoft Office skills• Organized digital workspace• Stable internet connection
