You will be accountable of all services contractual engagements related to the project and the financial delivery of the project. You will take the leadership in project planning, resourcing, progress reporting, project team management, troubleshooting and the continuing maintenance of good customer relations.RESPONSIBILITESYou will determine the scope and clear business objectives of the project and the critical success factors of implementation projects.You will prepare and communicate Project Plan to client, project team and Client Services Management.You will manage client expectations and ensure implementation is within the agreed scope and timeframe.You will develop and maintain close relationships with the client and ensure they are fully satisfied.You will plan, manage and maximize utilization of project resources.SKILLSYou should have a University degree in Information Technology or equivalent experience.You should have a PMP certified or equivalent.You should have a minimum of 5 years’ experience as Project Manager in software development or product customization environment delivering large / complex enterprise software projects to the financial services industry.You should have previous experience in Core Banking solutions replacement / implementation - essential.You should have worked on T24 projects specifically.You should have excellent verbal and written communication skills.You should speak English and ideally Arabic and/or French.You should have experience in independently driving projects and managing cost, schedule and quality.You should have strong financial and business acumen.You should have a good knowledge of Microsoft Project, Word, Excel and Power Point.You should be able to spend extensive time on client site and you should be prepared to travel if required.
