Project Manager

About the RoleTeef Najd Group is seeking a highly experienced and results-oriented Project Manager to lead the planning, execution, and successful delivery of construction and infrastructure projects. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing project scope, schedule, budget, quality, resources, and stakeholder relationships while ensuring projects are completed safely, efficiently, and in accordance with contractual requirements.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and manage construction projects from initiation through completion and handover.Develop project execution plans, schedules, budgets, and resource requirements.Coordinate and supervise project teams, subcontractors, consultants, and suppliers.Monitor project progress and ensure adherence to project timelines and budgets.Identify project risks and implement effective mitigation strategies.Ensure compliance with contractual obligations, technical specifications, and company standards.Oversee procurement, construction activities, quality control, and project documentation.Conduct regular project meetings and provide accurate progress reports to management and clients.Manage project changes, claims, variations, and stakeholder communications.Ensure compliance with health, safety, environmental, and regulatory requirements.Drive project performance and continuously seek opportunities for improvement and efficiency.Qualifications & RequirementsBachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.Minimum 10 years of experience in project management within construction, infrastructure, or engineering projects.Proven track record of successfully delivering large-scale projects.Strong knowledge of project management principles, construction methodologies, and contract administration.Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.Proficiency in project management and scheduling software such as Primavera P6 and Microsoft Project.Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and work effectively under pressure.Fluency in English is required; Arabic is an advantage.Preferred QualificationsPMP (Project Management Professional) certification or equivalent.Experience working on major construction, infrastructure, landscaping, or mixed-use development projects.Familiarity with FIDIC contracts and project controls processes.Previous experience working in GCC countries, particularly Saudi Arabia.What We OfferCompetitive salary and benefits package.Opportunity to lead high-profile projects.Professional growth and career advancement opportunities.Dynamic and collaborative working environment.Exposure to landmark construction and development projects.If you are a driven and experienced Project Manager with a passion for delivering successful projects, we invite you to join Teef Najd Group and contribute to our continued growth and success.
