About the RoleTeef Najd Group is seeking a highly experienced and detail-oriented Contract Manager to oversee the full contract lifecycle for our construction, infrastructure, and engineering projects. The successful candidate will be responsible for contract administration, risk management, claims management, compliance, and ensuring that contractual obligations are effectively managed to protect the company's interests.Key ResponsibilitiesManage and administer contracts from pre-award to project closeout.Review, draft, negotiate, and interpret various contractual agreements.Ensure compliance with contractual terms, company policies, and applicable regulations.Identify contractual risks and develop mitigation strategies.Manage variations, claims, disputes, and extension of time requests.Coordinate with project teams, consultants, subcontractors, and clients on contractual matters.Monitor contract performance and provide recommendations to management.Prepare contractual correspondence, notices, and reports.Support tendering and procurement activities by reviewing contract conditions and commercial requirements.Maintain accurate contract records and documentation.Qualifications & RequirementsBachelor's degree in Law, Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Quantity Surveying, or a related field.Minimum 8-12 years of experience in contract management within construction, infrastructure, engineering, or related industries.Strong knowledge of contract administration, commercial management, and claims management.Experience with FIDIC and other standard forms of contract.Excellent negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.Proficiency in contract management processes and documentation.Fluency in English is required; Arabic is an advantage.Preferred QualificationsProfessional certifications related to contracts, commercial management, or project management are highly desirable.Experience working on large-scale construction or infrastructure projects.What We OfferCompetitive salary package.Career growth and development opportunities.Exposure to major projects and strategic initiatives.Professional and collaborative work environment.If you have a strong background in contract management and are looking for an opportunity to contribute to major projects in Saudi Arabia, we encourage you to apply.
