Overall Job Purpose:To manage, direct, and oversee all execution phases of the company's projects, from initial planning to final handover, ensuring strict adherence to schedules, budgeted costs, and standard quality specifications. Key Responsibilities:Develop detailed executive and time schedules for projects and monitor the daily workflow on-site.Manage, direct, and efficiently allocate tasks to site engineering teams, technical staff, and labor.Supervise subcontractors and suppliers to ensure absolute compliance with contracts and technical specifications.Control project costs and allocated budgets to achieve maximum financial efficiency for operations.Prepare periodic technical and financial progress reports for senior management, highlighting completion rates, challenges, and proposed solutions.Enforce and implement strict Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) standards across all sites under supervision. Selection Criteria & Requirements (Strict):Education: Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Architectural Engineering from a recognized university.Experience: A minimum of 7 years and a strict maximum of 10 years of experience in the exact same managerial role (Project Manager) within the construction and contracting sector.Leadership Skills: Exceptional ability to lead teams, manage crises, and resolve on-site issues promptly.Technical Skills: Full proficiency in project management software (such as Primavera or MS Project) and engineering applications (AutoCAD).Organizational Knowledge: Comprehensive knowledge of contracts, technical specifications, and quality control methodologies in the Egyptian market.
