The Property Advisor will assist clients with property sales and acquisitions, advise on investment opportunities, and provide expert guidance throughout the buying and selling process. Responsibilities also include managing client relationships, conducting property evaluations, ensuring compliance with market standards, and collaborating with team members to achieve sales objectives.QualificationsStrong skills in Communication and Customer Service, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clientsExperience in Property Management and Investments, with knowledge of market trends and real estate practicesUnderstanding of Finance and investment analysis to support clients in making informed decisionsAbility to work independently as well as in a team environmentProficient in using real estate management tools and softwareExperience in real estate or a related field is a strong asset
