We are currently looking for a highly motivated and experienced Real Estate Sales Consultant to join our growing team.The ideal candidate should have strong sales skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proven passion for real estate sales.Job ResponsibilitiesCommunicate with potential clients and understand their real estate needs.Present and explain real estate projects, payment plans, and investment opportunities.Follow up with leads and convert them into successful sales.Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.Achieve monthly sales targets and KPIs.Provide professional consultation and high-quality customer service.Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities.Stay updated on local real estate market trends, property values, and competitive listings.
