Role DescriptionAs a full-time Property Consultant, you will be responsible for assisting clients in buying, selling, or renting residential and commercial properties. Your daily tasks will include providing expert consultations, conducting property viewings, and negotiating transactions. You will be working on-site in Cairo, maintaining clear communication with clients, building strong relationships, and ensuring a seamless property experience. You will also be responsible for staying up-to-date with market trends and providing insights to clients. QualificationsStrong consulting and advisory skills, with the ability to assess client needs and provide targeted solutionsExcellent communication and interpersonal skills to maintain relationships and address client queriesProficiency in customer service and a client-centric approachProven experience in sales, with the ability to negotiate deals effectivelyFamiliarity with the real estate market in Egypt and a strong understanding of property regulationsAbility to work independently and as part of a teamBachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field is preferred
