Team members join a growing business that values integrity, client care, and continuous improvement in the local real estate market.Role Description The Property Consultant will support clients in buying, selling, and investing in properties in Alexandria, Egypt, with a primary focus on Marsoum Developments’ projects in the October and Smouha areas. This full-time, on-site role includes meeting with prospective clients, identifying their needs, presenting available properties, and conducting property tours. The consultant will prepare and explain pricing, payment plans, and contractual terms, while guiding clients through the entire sales and closing process. Daily responsibilities also involve managing leads, following up with clients, maintaining accurate records in CRM or sales systems, and collaborating with the sales and marketing teams to achieve sales targets. The role requires staying informed about local market trends, project updates, and competitive offerings to provide informed, trustworthy advice to clients.Qualifications Candidates should possess strong Consulting and Real Estate skills to advise clients on suitable properties and investment options.Candidates should possess excellent Communication and Customer Service skills to build trust, handle inquiries, and maintain long-term client relationships.Candidates should possess proven Sales skills, including negotiation, lead management, and closing deals in a target-driven environment.Candidates should possess basic knowledge of local property regulations and real estate market trends in Alexandria or similar markets.Candidates should possess proficiency in using CRM or sales tracking tools, along with solid organizational and time-management abilities.Candidates should possess a high level of professionalism, integrity, and the ability to work on-site with flexible hours when required.Candidates should possess a relevant educational background in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field; prior experience in property consulting or real estate sales is an advantage.
