The Property Consultant will be responsible for guiding clients through the property buying, selling, or renting process. Key tasks include market research, generating leads, conducting property tours, negotiating contracts, and maintaining strong client relationships. The role requires staying informed on market trends to provide exceptional advice and support to clients.QualificationsStrong sales and negotiation skills, with the ability to close deals efficientlyProficiency in client relationship management and customer serviceKnowledge of the local real estate market, particularly in New CapitalEffective communication and interpersonal skillsProblem-solving and critical thinking abilities to address client needsOrganizational and time management skills to handle multiple client inquiriesPrior experience in real estate sales, property consulting, or a related field is advantageous
