The Property Consultant will guide prospective buyers and tenants through the entire sales and leasing process, from initial inquiry to closing. Daily responsibilities include meeting clients, understanding their needs and budgets, presenting suitable properties, conducting property tours, and providing accurate information on features, pricing, and payment plans. The role also involves maintaining an up-to-date knowledge of available inventory and market trends, preparing and reviewing necessary documentation, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure a smooth client experience. In addition, the Property Consultant will follow up on leads, build and nurture a strong client network, and represent Town Writers in a professional, customer-focused manner.QualificationsStrong Consulting skills, including needs analysis, requirements gathering, and solution-oriented guidance for clients.Excellent Communication abilities, both verbal and written, with confident presentation and negotiation skills.Proven Customer Service capabilities, with a client-centric mindset and the ability to handle inquiries and concerns professionally.Demonstrated Sales experience, preferably in real estate or related high-value products, with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.Solid understanding of the Real Estate market, particularly in New Cairo and surrounding areas, including property types, pricing, and trends.Ability to work on-site, including conducting property visits, attending meetings, and maintaining a flexible schedule, including weekends when required.Strong organizational and time-management skills, with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple clients simultaneously.Proficiency with basic digital tools and CRM or lead management systems; ability to maintain accurate records and reports.Prior experience in real estate consulting, brokerage, or property development is an advantage.
