The Property Consultant will support clients through the entire real estate cycle, including identifying needs, presenting suitable properties, arranging and conducting property viewings, and providing market insights and pricing guidance. The role includes building and maintaining a client portfolio, following up on leads, negotiating offers, and supporting clients during closing procedures and documentation. The consultant will collaborate with internal teams to coordinate listings, marketing materials, and transaction updates, while staying informed about local market trends, new projects, and regulatory requirements. The position requires consistent on-site presence to meet clients, conduct visits, and represent the company in a professional manner.QualificationsStrong client relationship and communication skills, including the ability to understand client needs, present options clearly, and manage expectations.Sales and negotiation capabilities, with experience in converting leads, handling objections, and closing property transactions.Knowledge of real estate markets, preferably in Cairo or the wider region, including pricing trends, project types, and legal basics of property transactions.Organizational and time-management skills to manage multiple clients, property viewings, and documentation simultaneously.Proficiency with digital tools and CRM systems for managing leads, listings, and client records.High level of professionalism, integrity, and customer focus in all client and partner interactions.Ability to work on-site full time in Cairo, Egypt, including flexibility for evening or weekend client meetings when needed.Previous experience as a property consultant, real estate agent, or in a related sales role is preferred but not strictly required.Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field is an advantage.Fluency in spoken and written English and Arabic is preferred.
