Implement and maintain the Project Quality Management System (QMS).Prepare, review, and implement Inspection and Test Plans (ITPs), Method Statements, and Quality Procedures.Perform inspections for mechanical, electrical, and instrumentation activities.Monitor installation, testing, commissioning, and maintenance activities to ensure compliance with project specifications.Coordinate inspections with clients, consultants, and third-party inspectors.Prepare and manage NCRs, corrective actions (CAPA), and quality reports.Ensure compliance with project specifications, international codes, and client quality requirements.Review material inspection reports, test certificates, and quality documentation.Participate in internal and external quality audits.Maintain complete QA/QC documentation and project quality records. Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, or a related discipline.Minimum 3 years of experience as a QA/QC Engineer in the Oil & Gas industry.Experience in EPC, maintenance, shutdown, or commissioning projects.Good knowledge of ISO 9001 Quality Management System.Experience preparing and reviewing:Inspection and Test Plans (ITPs)Method StatementsQuality ProceduresMaterial Inspection Reports (MIR)Familiarity with international standards such as ASME, API, ASTM, IEC, and ISO.Strong technical reporting and documentation skills.Good command of English.Willingness to travel to project sites when required.
