We are seeking a detail-oriented QC/QA Engineer based in or near 10th of Ramadan City to drive quality management and inspection processes across our project lifecycle. In this role, you will bridge preventive Quality Assurance planning (QMS, PQP, ITP) with detective Quality Control testing (IQC, IPQC, FQC, NDT) to eliminate rework, minimize material waste, and guarantee full compliance with engineering codes and ISO 9001 standards.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop, implement, and maintain Project Quality Plans (PQP) and Inspection & Test Plans (ITP) in compliance with ISO 9001 standards.Execute incoming quality control (IQC) on raw materials, verify heat numbers and Mill Test Reports (MTRs), and monitor proper site/factory storage conditions.Conduct in-process (IPQC) and final (FQC/OQC) inspections to ensure adherence to approved engineering drawings and specifications.Coordinate Non-Destructive Testing (NDT), pressure testing, and manage calibration logs for all inspection, measuring, and test equipment (IMTE).Issue formal Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs), lead Root Cause Analysis (RCA) investigations, and enforce corrective action plans.Conduct supplier and subcontractor quality evaluations (SQE) to verify vendor compliance.Maintain accurate inspection logs, test reports, and quality dossiers for client handover. Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical, Electrical or Mechatronics.Experience: 3 to 7+ years of hands-on QA/QC experience in manufacturing, construction, or heavy engineering projects.Residency: Resident of 10th of Ramadan City or surrounding areas preferred.Standards & Codes: Strong working knowledge of international codes (ASME, ASTM, ISO) and risk-based quality thinking.Certifications (Preferred): ISO 9001 Lead/Internal Auditor, ASQ Certified Quality Engineer (CQE).Core Competencies: Strong technical documentation, root-cause problem-solving, and diplomatic assertiveness with stop-work authority.
