Responsibilities:Collaborate with the SAP team to develop and implement efficient contract management processes within the SAP ERP system.Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and best practices related to contract and abstract management.Review and classify BOQs across multiple disciplines, including Civil, Architectural, and MEP.Coordinate with contractors and consultants to prepare and review progress sheets during contract execution.Extract essential information from contracts and generate summaries, abstracts, and detailed reports.Ensure compliance with contractual requirements and monitor the performance of active contracts.Maintain accurate and up-to-date contract documentation within the SAP ERP system, including amendments, change orders, and terminations. Provide advice and guidance to internal teams on contractual matters, ensuring adherence to terms and mitigating potential risks.Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in civil or architecture engineering.Mastery of BOQ structures across Civil, MEP, and Finishing works.Contractual Expertise Deep familiarity with contract abstracts and the "Abstract of Bids" process.Strong analytical skills to translate "site language" into "ERP data."
