Ensure full compliance with Food Safety Management Systems and regulatory requirements.Develop, implement, and continuously improve QA policies and procedures.Lead internal audits and support external certification audits.Monitor production processes to ensure consistent product quality and safety.Investigate non-conformities, customer complaints, and implement corrective & preventive actions (CAPA).Maintain and control documentation in line with ISO 22000, HACCP, GMP standards.Collaborate cross-functionally to enhance operational performance and reduce quality deviations. Minimum 5 years of experience in Quality Assurance and Food Safety within the food industry. Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with food safety and quality standards, including: ISO 22000 FSSC 22000 BRCGS ISO 9001 Halal FDA requirements Egyptian Food Safety Authority (NFSA) requirements Proven experience in successfully passing external audits for the above standards. Ability to conduct internal audits in accordance with different standards. Good command of English language (spoken and written). Experience working with SAP system (preferably in quality and traceability modules). Strong skills in: Data analysis related to audit results Handling non-conformities and identifying root causes Managing customer complaints Implementing corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) Ability to perform risk assessment and ensure compliance with food safety, environmental, and occupational health & safety requirements. Good communication and reporting skills. Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
