The Payroll Specialist is responsible for managing and processing employee payroll accurately and on time. This role ensures compliance with company policies, labor laws, and tax regulations while maintaining confidentiality of payroll information. Education: A bachelor degree, preferable an Accounting. Human Resources , Business Administration, or related field is an advantage. • Experience: At least 3 years of experience in payroll processing, preferably in a manufacturing or large-scale production environment. • Knowledge: Strong understanding of payroll processing, tax laws, labor regulations, and benefit administration. • Certification: Payroll certifications such as Certified Payroll Professional (CPP) or similar are a plus but not required. • Technical Skills: Proficient in payroll software and Microsoft Office (particularly Excel). • Industry Experience: Experience in the food production or confectionery manufacturing industry is a plus.
