As a Quality Control Engineer at Müller's Solutions, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our products meet the highest quality standards before they reach our clients. You will be responsible for implementing and managing quality control processes, conducting inspections, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance product quality throughout the production lifecycle.Responsibilities:Develop and implement quality control processes and procedures to monitor and assess product qualityConduct inspections and tests on incoming materials, in-process products, and finished goods against established quality standardsIdentify defects and non-conformities in products and work with production teams to remedy issuesMaintain accurate records of inspections, test results, and quality reportsAnalyze quality data to identify trends, areas for improvement, and potential risksCollaborate with engineering and production teams to implement corrective and preventive actions as neededEnsure compliance with industry standards, regulatory requirements, and company policiesConduct training programs for staff on quality control processes and techniquesRequirementsRequirements:Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Assurance, or a related fieldProven experience as a Quality Control Engineer or similar roleStrong knowledge of quality control processes, methodologies, and toolsExperience with statistical process control (SPC) and quality management systems (QMS)Excellent analytical skills and attention to detailStrong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to quality improvementAbility to work independently and collaboratively in a team environmentEffective communication and interpersonal skills to interact with cross-functional teamsKnowledge of relevant industry standards and regulatory requirements is a plusFamiliarity with software testing methodologies(manual and automated)Hands-on experience with tools like Selenium, JIRA,or PostmanKnowledge of scripting languages for automation (e.g.,Python, JavaScript)Strong problem-solving and analytical skillsAbility to work in Agile development environmentsQualifications:Must possess a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related disciplineA minimum of 2 years of experience in both manual and automated testing is requiredDemonstrated proficiency in testing tools such as Selenium, JIRA, Postman, or KatalonExperience with test automation scripting languages like Python, JavaScript, or Java is preferredKnowledge of Agile and Scrum methodologies is essentialSoft Skills:Excellent analytical and problem-solving skillsImpeccable attention to detail and a strong capacity for critical thinkingProficient in collaborating effectively with developers, designers, and product teams
