Quality Control Manager

Implement QC Plan, ITP and QC processReview all data obtained during all quality control and quality assurance activities to ensure consistency of production with company objective, policies and procedures.Selection and approval raw material sources with suitable cost.Design, development, optimization and testing standard concrete, high performance concrete and VAP. Organize laboratory trials and Design mix trials result analyzation Follow-up the raw material test results, strength log, trials result and calibration log. Carry out Quality report. Customer support on site if required.Technical development for QC Team Distribute relevant QA/QC documentation to site subcontractors -Bachelor degree in civil / mechanical engineering.- +15 years of experience in all QC works- Minimum of 7 years’ experience in a ready-Mix concretes and pipes in QC Managerial role.- Excellent Communication Skills in English & in Arabic, Written and spoken;- Good IT Literacy (MS Office, Odoo is preferable, Business emails);- Problem solver, detail oriented.- Extensive experience working on ready mix concrete and concrete durability;- Concrete mix design , High performance concrete and Value add product.- Quality control testing and inspection for concrete, concrete material as well as specification and standards (ECP 203 - ASTM - ACI - BS – EN, ISO 9001:2015).
