As a fully integrated organization, we operate modern production facilities in strategic locations and serve leading global fashion and retail brands.With a team of more than 2,000 dedicated employees, we are committed to delivering innovative, high-quality, and sustainable products while continuously investing in people, technology, and operational excellence.Key ResponsibilitiesEstablish, implement, and continuously improve the company's quality management systems.Ensure the effective implementation and sustainability of quality standards throughout all production processes.Coordinate fabric, accessories, in-line production, and final quality control activities.Manage customer quality expectations and oversee customer audit processes.Lead internal and external audits, develop corrective action plans, and ensure their effective follow-up.Manage, develop, and monitor the performance of the quality team.Conduct root cause analyses, drive corrective and preventive actions, and lead continuous improvement projects.Collaborate closely with production, planning, sourcing, and other cross-functional teams to enhance overall quality performance.QualificationsBachelor's degree from a relevant field.Minimum of 8–10 years of experience in the textile/apparel industry, including at least 3–5 years in a managerial quality role.Strong knowledge of quality management systems and customer audit requirements.Solid understanding of production processes, including fabric, garment manufacturing, and final inspection.Proven leadership, team management, and organizational skills.Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.Good command of English, both written and spoken.Proficient in MS Office applications.Currently residing in Egypt or willing to relocate to Egypt.
