Your expertise will drive cost efficiency, meticulous planning, and robust project evaluation, contributing directly to our reputation for excellence in the Engineering - Construction/Civil/Architecture and Manufacturing/Production sectors.Key Responsibilities / TasksPrepare cost estimates, budgets, and tender documents for construction projects.Analyze drawings, specifications, and project requirements.Measure quantities and prepare Bills of Quantities (BOQ).Conduct cost planning and cost control throughout project execution.Evaluate contractor quotations and negotiate pricing.Monitor project expenditures and prepare financial reports.Assess variations, claims, and change orders.Prepare interim valuations and final accounts.Ensure compliance with contractual and legal requirements.Perform risk and value management assessments.Coordinate with project managers, consultants, suppliers, and subcontractors.Track procurement activities and material costs.Support contract administration and dispute resolution when necessary.Review subcontractor payments and invoices.Maintain accurate project documentation and records.
