Quantity Surveyor Engineer

We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Quantity Surveying Engineer to join our dynamic project management team. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in cost estimation, BOQ preparation, and commercial management of construction projects. You will play a critical role in maximizing project profitability, managing contracts, and ensuring cost-effective delivery from inception to completion.ResponsibilitiesPreparing sub-contractor Bills of Quantities (BOQ) and other documentation.Preparing and submitting client interim invoices and final invoices.Preparing and reviewing subcontractor payment certificates and invoices.Arranging payments to suppliers and contractors.Providing cost advice and financial forecasts for projects.Performing QS for procurement items and follow-up during construction.Preparing variation orders during project execution and reviewing QS for approval.RequirementsBachelor's degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or a related field.3 - 5 years of experience in quantity surveying within the fit-out sector.Strong understanding of construction contracts and procurement processes.Proficient in cost estimation software and Microsoft Office Suite.Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.Strong communication and negotiation abilities.Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple projects.BenefitsCompetitive compensation package.Monthly & Quarterly Bonus.Annual profit share.Career growth opportunities.Continuous training and development.
