Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role located in Ţanţā for an R&D Manager in the Sheet Metal Fabrication and Engineering industry. The role involves managing all activities related to research and development, leading a multidisciplinary team, and overseeing projects to ensure timely and high-quality delivery. Key responsibilities include identifying innovative engineering solutions, overseeing the development of new products, and ensuring alignment with organizational goals. Effective communication and collaboration with cross-functional teams will be critical. Qualifications Strong expertise in Research and Development (R&D) and conducting technical ResearchProven experience in Team Management and Team Leadership, with the ability to motivate and guide team membersSkills in Project Management, including planning, execution, and timely delivery of R&D initiativesComprehensive understanding of the sheet metal fabrication and engineering industriesExcellent problem-solving, decision-making, and analytical skillsBachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related fieldPrevious experience in a similar role is highly preferredProficiency in relevant software and technologies used in R&D and product design is a plus
