Role DescriptionThis is a full-time, on-site Real Estate Agent role located in New Cairo. The Real Estate Agent will be responsible for managing property transactions, including buying, selling, and renting real estate. Responsibilities include providing exceptional customer service, conducting property viewings, generating leads, navigating market trends, and negotiating agreements. The agent will also maintain up-to-date knowledge of property listings and market conditions to offer expert advice to clients. QualificationsPossession of a valid Real Estate LicenseStrong skills in Real Estate transactions and knowledge of Real Property lawsExperience in Sales and Customer Service, with a focus on building client trust and relationshipsFamiliarity with the New Cairo real estate market is highly desirableExcellent communication and negotiation skillsSelf-motivation and ability to work in a dynamic on-site environmentHigh level of organizational skills and attention to detail
