The Real Estate Agent will support clients through the full property lifecycle, including prospecting, listing, marketing, showing, and closing residential and commercial real estate transactions. Daily activities include meeting with prospective buyers and sellers, conducting property tours, preparing and presenting listings, and advising clients on market trends, property values, and investment options. The role involves negotiating offers, preparing contracts and documentation, coordinating with legal and financial stakeholders, and ensuring a smooth closing process. The Real Estate Agent will also maintain accurate records in CRM tools, respond promptly to client inquiries, and represent Limitless Investments professionally at all times.QualificationsCandidates should possess a valid Real Estate License and a solid understanding of Real Estate regulations and practices.Candidates should possess strong Sales skills, including lead generation, negotiation, and closing techniques.Candidates should possess excellent Customer Service skills to support clients, build trust, and maintain long-term relationships.Candidates should possess knowledge of Real Property, including local market trends, property valuation, and investment fundamentals.Candidates should possess effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to present information clearly in person, by phone, and in writing.Candidates should possess strong organizational and time-management abilities to handle multiple listings, client appointments, and documentation.Candidates should possess proficiency in basic digital tools (email, CRM systems, property listing platforms, and office applications).Previous experience as a Real Estate Agent or in a sales or client-facing role is highly beneficial; familiarity with the New Cairo real estate market is a plus.
