The Real Estate Agent will represent buyers, sellers, landlords, and tenants in property transactions, including residential and commercial real estate. Responsibilities include prospecting and following up with leads, conducting property viewings, advising clients on pricing and market conditions, and preparing and reviewing contracts and related documentation. The role involves coordinating with internal teams and external partners (such as attorneys, banks, and inspectors) to ensure smooth transactions and timely closings. The Real Estate Agent will also maintain accurate listings, update property information, and support marketing efforts through property presentations, online listings, and client outreach.QualificationsValid Real Estate License with up-to-date knowledge of real estate regulations and compliance requirements.Strong Real Estate and Real Property knowledge, including understanding of local market trends and property valuation.Proven Sales skills with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets and converting leads into closed deals.Excellent Customer Service abilities, including active listening, empathy, and effective communication with a diverse client base.Strong negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage multiple clients and properties simultaneously.Ability to work on-site in Alexandria, Egypt, including attending viewings, meetings, and in-person client consultations.Comfort using digital tools and CRM systems for managing leads, listings, and documentation.Fluency in Arabic; proficiency in English is preferred for communicating with a broader client base.High level of integrity, professionalism, and commitment to maintaining client confidentiality and trust.Previous experience in real estate, sales, or a related field is an advantage.
