Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Real Estate Agent role based in Qesm El Sheikh Zaid. The Real Estate Agent will meet with prospective buyers and sellers, conduct property viewings, and guide clients through the entire purchase, sale, or rental process. Responsibilities include prospecting and following up on leads, listing and marketing properties, preparing and reviewing contracts, and coordinating with legal, financial, and administrative stakeholders. The role also involves maintaining up-to-date knowledge of local market trends, property values, and regulations, as well as accurately updating listings and client records in company systems. The Real Estate Agent will represent Remas Developments professionally, provide high-quality customer service, and contribute to achieving individual and team sales targets.QualificationsValid Real Estate License and solid understanding of Real Property concepts.Proven experience in Real Estate, including familiarity with local market dynamics and property types.Strong Sales skills with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets in a client-focused environment.Excellent Customer Service skills, including active listening, clear communication, and relationship-building abilities.Strong negotiation, presentation, and closing skills, with the ability to handle objections professionally.Comfort using CRM systems, digital listing platforms, and basic productivity tools (email, spreadsheets, presentations).Ability to work on-site, manage a flexible schedule, and travel locally for property visits and client meetings.High level of integrity, professionalism, and adherence to ethical and legal standards in all transactions.Preferred: Previous experience in residential or commercial real estate within Qesm El Sheikh Zaid or surrounding areas.Preferred: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field.
