The Real Estate Agent will guide clients through the full sales cycle, including property presentations, site visits in New Cairo, and negotiation of offers and contracts. Responsibilities include building and maintaining a client portfolio, qualifying leads, matching client needs with suitable properties, and providing accurate information on pricing, availability, and project specifications. The role also involves preparing and reviewing basic documentation, coordinating with internal sales and marketing teams, and maintaining up-to-date knowledge of current and upcoming projects.
