Day-to-day tasks include advising clients on market opportunities, conducting property viewings, negotiating offers, and guiding clients through documentation and closing procedures. The role involves maintaining an updated portfolio of listings, monitoring market trends, and preparing accurate property presentations and reports. The Senior Property Consultant will collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth transactions, deliver consistent client follow-up, and support marketing activities that promote key projects and properties. This role requires building and sustaining long-term client relationships through professional, transparent, and ethical practices.QualificationsStrong consulting and advisory skills, with the ability to assess client needs and recommend suitable residential or investment properties.Excellent communication skills, including clear verbal and written interaction with clients and internal stakeholders.Proven customer service capabilities, with a focus on responsiveness, professionalism, and client satisfaction.Demonstrated sales skills, including lead generation, pipeline management, negotiation, and closing deals.Solid real estate knowledge, particularly in the New Cairo market, including legal frameworks, market trends, and valuation principles.Experience in a senior or mid-level property consulting or brokerage role is highly beneficial.Proficiency in using CRM systems, property listing platforms, and basic office software tools.Bachelor’s degree is A must.Ability to work on-site, manage multiple clients and properties simultaneously, and uphold high ethical and professional standards.Fluency in English is a Plus
