Role Description We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Senior Property Consultant for a full-time, on-site position based in Cairo, Egypt. The Senior Property Consultant will engage in daily activities such as consulting with clients to understand their real estate needs, providing expert advice on property investments, and managing client relationships. The role also involves conducting property viewings, negotiating sales deals, and closing transactions to meet sales targets. Maintaining strong communication with clients and staying updated on market trends will be key responsibilities in the role. Qualifications Strong expertise in Consulting and Real Estate practices, with proven experience in property marketsExcellent Communication and Customer Service skills to build and maintain client relationshipsSignificant experience in Sales, including negotiation and closing techniquesKnowledge of local real estate laws and regulationsStrong market knowledge and the ability to stay informed of latest trends in the real estate sectorProven experience in a similar role, with at least 3-5 years in real estate or a related fieldBachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field preferredFluency in English and Arabic is highly advantageous
