Key Responsibilities: 1- Handle customer inquiries & complaints professionally. 2- Prepare and manage contracts with accuracy. 3- Follow up on project updates, payments, and delivery schedules. 4- Maintain strong client relationships through after-sales support. 5- Update and manage customer records on CRM systems. 6- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth issue resolution. 7- Prepare periodic customer service reports. 8- Resolve customer concerns efficiently and ensure satisfaction.Requirements: 1- 3–5 years of Customer Service experience in the Real Estate industry. 2- Excellent communication, presentation & problem-solving skills. 3- Very good command of English. 4- Strong knowledge of CRM systems, Microsoft Office & Excel. 5- Customer-focused with a professional attitude and appearance. 6- Proactive, self-confident, and detail-oriented.
