The Real Estate Sales Agent will guide clients through buying, selling, and renting properties, including conducting property tours, presenting listings, and explaining contract terms. Daily responsibilities include prospecting new leads, following up with inquiries, maintaining an updated client database, and coordinating property viewings. The role involves preparing and reviewing real estate documents, negotiating offers, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure smooth closing processes. The agent will also stay informed about local market trends, pricing, and inventory to provide accurate advice and deliver a high standard of customer service.Qualifications Candidates should possess strong Real Estate Sales skills, including experience managing property listings and closing transactions.Candidates should possess a valid Real Estate License and solid knowledge of local real estate regulations and processes.Candidates should possess excellent Customer Service skills, with the ability to build trust, respond promptly to inquiries, and maintain long-term client relationships.Candidates should possess general Real Estate knowledge, including understanding of market trends, property valuation, and contract terms.Candidates should possess solid Sales skills, including lead generation, negotiation, and meeting or exceeding sales targets.Candidates should also have strong communication and interpersonal skills, proficiency in basic office and CRM software, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.Fluency in English and Arabic, prior experience in real estate in Cairo, and a valid driver’s license or reliable transportation are beneficial.
