Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Real Estate Sales Agent, based in Giza. Responsibilities include actively sourcing and engaging potential clients, showcasing properties, and providing personalized real estate solutions tailored to clients’ needs. The Sales Agent will also manage client negotiations, build strong relationships, and stay updated on market trends to deliver high-quality service and close sales opportunities. Qualifications Proven experience in Real Estate Sales and a valid Real Estate LicenseStrong knowledge of the real estate market and industry practicesExcellent Customer Service and client relationship management skillsAbility to demonstrate strong Sales and negotiation expertiseExceptional communication and interpersonal skillsSelf-motivated with a proactive and results-driven approachFluency in English and/or Arabic is highly desirableBachelor’s degree or equivalent is preferred but not requiredFamiliarity with property valuation and legal regulations is a plus
