For a big real estate developer in Heliopolis, P&M are looking for Sales Consultants B2B to assume the following responsibilities: Managing the sales process for the new Mall.Selling the mall units/shopsGenerating new sales leads.Contacting potential and current customers and discussing their requirements.Achieving all revenues, sales targets & objectives in line with the Business Plan.Working closely with the marketing team.Developing & maintaining successful business Leads and relationships.Planning and organizing projects' database (Hard-copy and Soft-copy) to ensure sales opportunity maximization.Negotiating contracts with clients.Organizing on-site sales visits.Attending and representing the developer in exhibitions, conferences and meetings.Advertise the Mall on different marketing Channels.Dealing with customer inquiries face to face, over the phone or via email and social media. University graduate2-3 yrs experience "Real Estate" selling commercial units is preferableGood command of EnglishGood communication skillsGood negotiation skillsComputer skills "Microsoft office"Presentable
