The Real Estate Sales Representative will manage the full sales cycle, including generating leads, contacting prospective buyers, conducting property tours, and presenting suitable units or investment options. The role includes building and maintaining client relationships, understanding client needs and budgets, and offering tailored solutions from the company’s portfolio. The representative will prepare and follow up on offers, assist clients with documentation, and coordinate with the sales administration and finance teams to ensure smooth transactions. Daily tasks also include updating the CRM system, monitoring market trends and competitor offerings, and participating in sales events, open houses, and marketing activities as needed.QualificationsProven sales skills in real estate or a similar field, including prospecting, negotiation, and closing deals.Strong customer service and relationship-building abilities, with a client-centered and ethical approach.Effective communication and presentation skills, with the ability to clearly explain property features and contract terms.Basic knowledge of real estate market dynamics, pricing, and investment concepts; familiarity with the Aswan market is an advantage.Comfort with using CRM systems, email, and standard office software to track leads, opportunities, and sales activities.High level of initiative, resilience, and goal orientation, with the ability to work under targets and time constraints.Ability to work on-site in Aswan, with flexibility to meet clients on evenings or weekends when required.Previous experience in real estate sales, hospitality sales, or customer-facing roles is preferred.Fluency in Arabic; proficiency in English is an asset.Relevant education in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field is preferred but not strictly required if experience is strong.
