Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Real Estate Salesperson role based in Giza. The Real Estate Salesperson will be responsible for prospecting and qualifying leads, conducting property presentations, and matching clients with suitable real estate opportunities related to the company’s portfolio. Daily tasks include meeting clients in person, conducting property viewings, negotiating offers, and guiding clients through the sales cycle from initial inquiry to closing. The role also involves maintaining accurate records in CRM systems, preparing sales reports, and collaborating with internal teams to align property offerings with client needs. The Real Estate Salesperson will provide responsive customer service, follow up on leads, stay updated on local real estate trends, and represent Al Ahram Group in a professional manner at all times.QualificationsStrong customer-focused mindset, with proven Customer Service skills and the ability to build long-term client relationships.Experience in Hadayk October area.Knowledge of Real Estate principles, transaction processes, and property valuation relevant to the Giza market.Demonstrated Sales skills, including lead generation, negotiation, closing techniques, and achieving or exceeding sales targets.Effective verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present information clearly to diverse audiences.Strong organizational and time-management abilities, with attention to detail and accurate documentation.Comfort working on-site, conducting field visits, and managing a dynamic schedule across multiple properties.Proficiency in basic office software and CRM tools; experience in industrial or commercial property sales is an advantage.
